Returns & Exchanges

We strive to ensure every MSCHF purchase meets your expectations, but if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are in their original packaging with all security tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, including any promotional materials or documentation that arrived with your order.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
